Tracy Morin

Board Member

Tracy Morin, PhD, brings a background in higher education to the board of the Cape Cod Council of Churches. She has worked in public higher education for the last 20 years, and she is a fierce advocate of higher education as a human right for all who wish to pursue it. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging in learning environments, especially for marginalized populations. Her research focuses broadly on holistic student wellness and the ways colleges and universities seek to fully support the physical, mental, and spiritual wellness of students.

She is a resident of Sandwich where her wife, Rev. Tina Walker-Morin, is the Senior Minister of First Church. They have been married since 2008 and have two four-legged kids - their dogs, Charlie and Soji. You can find Tracy and Tina on one of the hiking trails nearby or doing some other active outdoor activity. And, if you need to know where the best ice cream spots are on the Cape, Tracy is the person to talk to!
